Our Mission

Brazos River Youth Theatre is dedicated to offering high-quality educational programs, creating meaningful performance opportunities, collaborating with our community, and encouraging every student's growth and creativity. As the art form that brings together every discipline, including visual art, music, film, architecture, dance, and writing, theatre is the perfect laboratory for young people to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop the teamwork, public speaking, and communication skills they'll carry with them for life.

Affiliation

Participation fees are currently based on prior fundraising, project budgets, overhead, and instructor pay. As BRYT grows, our goal is to bring costs down to zero for all students.

BRYT is proud to offer need-based scholarships for all our programs. For classes and camps, applications are posted with registration. For shows, they're sent with the cast list email.

BRYT may use donated spaces around Bryan-College Station; we're not affiliated with any political or religious organization. Our focus is theatre education, and we welcome families from all backgrounds.
